Are these really from a Doctor?
NO! They are NOT!
The panels we create are purely for entertainment purposes only. We are not medical professionals. They are in no way intended to give any actual indication of any medical condition.
How private are the results?
Completely Private! Again we do not retain any personally identifiable information or share with any outside party (apart from payment processing partners).
Do you share my information?
We will NEVER share data and do not keep your personally-identifiable, private information. To create the test we do ask for a gender and age of the “subject”, but feel free to supply any information you’d prefer. We do not collect your email address or any other information.
I'm in the UK - Do you have an EU Version?
We do! You can access the UK version of our form (with the adjusted date format to dd.MM.yyyy) via our User Agreement page.
I Purchased But I Didn't Get an Email!
Please check your spam folder! Depending on email carrier, and/or inbox settings, the email with the completed PDF form may go there. If you can't find it anywhere please contact our support team ASAP and we'll respond with an update.
My Logo Was Different From the Sample?
Yes! We occasionally adjust the logo that goes on the form for customer privacy. This continuous randomization adds to the professional nature of the completed forms - and means only those who order have the true product (and it rotates periodiacally).
